Family Cruises
Cruising offers an excellent family holiday choice. Where else can you wake up in a new and exciting place every day, with the most picturesque views. It is also the most affordable and convenient way to see the world. The ships themselves are amazing and the onboard service is outstanding.
Cruises range from sun and fun in the Caribbean or Mediterranean to sightseeing in Alaska or the Baltic. If you don’t like to fly there are also lots of cruises from UK ports. Whichever cruise is for you there will be lots of tours ashore offering sightseeing, scuba diving/snorkeling, horseback riding, biking or a round of golf.
With an assortment of activities onboard and in port, a cruise has something to offer everyone. There are spas for Mum, golf for Dad, movies, games and swimming for the kids, even hard to please teens will find plenty to enjoy in the clubs designed just for their age group.
Eating onboard will also be stress free. The children’s menu offers kids favourite meals, which are readily available. Children might want to dine with the children’s programme while parents enjoy a more formal dinner. The dining hours suit everyones schedule.
When you board the ship you will be given a room key card which will permit you to get on and off the ship as you wish in port. It will also be used to sign for any charges to your cabin and this can then be settled at the end of your trip.

Activities
The ship will also publish a daily calendar of events, usually placed under your cabin door during the night. You can select which activities you wish to participate in or just sit by the pool, relax and watch the fun!

Infants - ball pit, arts and crafts, paddling pool, videos and cartoons, storytime, magicians, fancy dress parties, dressing up box and much more.
Juniors - arts & crafts, circus at sea, fancy dress parties, storytime, magicians, virtual reality centres, deck parties, volleyball, treasure hunts, murder mystery games, karaoke, videos, ice-skating, shipboard olympics and much more.
Teens - crazy golf, virtual reality centres, discos, videos, deck parties, casino nights, galley and bridge tours, treasure hunts, shipboard Olympics, computers, rock climbing wall, tennis, pizza parties, karaoke and much more.
Babysitting services vary from ship to ship. Some make a charge, others don't. P & O ships are very popular if you are travelling wiith children under 5 years, they provide a complimentary night nursery operating from 6pm until 2am, run by fully-qualified staff.
Cabins
All staterooms include beds convertible from two twins to a queen size, a bathroom with a shower (sometimes a bath), a toilet and washbasin, closet, desk area, television and usually a refrigerator. Cots are normally provided free of charge and bed rails can be requested.
